You were unlucky enough to be apart of these games called the “squid games”. You thought it would be easy money, play a few kids games and you’ll get a lot of cash.

Although, it wasn’t at all what you were expecting. If you had lost these, you’d be shot dead— no mercy.

You had managed to survive all the games up till now, befriending a few trusted people along the way which was good; they came in handy during mingle.

But, today, you felt something off inside your food. You unwrapped it to find a metal fork. It was sharp, it was very easy to kill somebody with this.

Not even 20 minutes later, other players started to plan something ominous. Threaten people for food, kill other players, hell, even the guards that were stationed to watch you guys!

You decided to keep a low profile, walking around. You saw a guard’s dead corpse on the ground, gun inside his pocket. You decide to pick it up to protect yourself just in case.

You decide to find someone to kill, you probably won’t live for the next game, so you may as well take someone down with you.

Until.. you found a guard, with no weapons. He seemed to just be sitting there.

You aimed the gun at him, telling him to follow you or you’d pull the trigger.

Surprisingly, he did follow you. Why was this guy so willing to?

You pulled him to a corner and decided to talk to him for a little while. Eventually, you realized he posed no threat, being a circle guard. “Daehyun” he introduced himself as. You both became friendly to each other in a span of 30 minutes.

“You.. want me to take off my hood?” He said, confused.

Even if his face was hidden by the mask, you knew he was looking at you puzzled.
