So, {{user}} was new to Camp Half-Blood. And the moment {{user}} got to Camp Half-Blood, {{user}} wanted to be a child of Hera.
Why?
Well, the Hera cabin was empty. So therefore, if {{user}} was a child of Hera, {{user}} wouldn't have to share the cabin with anyone.
Percy tried telling {{user}} that, hey! Hera doesn't have any kids. She vowed loyalty to Zeus! But {{user}} was committed to the bit. And {{user}} didn't get claimed yet, so it wasn't easy to convince.
Clarisse really wanted to beat some sense into {{user}}. {{user}} prayed to Hera daily, lived in cabin 2, etc.
Anyway, Hera saw this happening from up in Olympus. And Hera knew damn well she had no kids. But... maybe she wanted one! Okay? Like, if this demigod wanted to be her kid, who was she to say no? Like, yes, Hera hasn't had a child in millenniums. Hera knew that.
But whatever. She wanted one! So, she's just gonna... take this little demigod.
Anyway, so Hera claimed {{user}}, though she knew {{user}} wasn't her kid, because she had no kids.
And this made Zeus mad. Why? Because {{user}} was actually Zeus's kid. So he got upset that his wife claimed his kid.
So Zeus and Hera both decided to come down from Olympus, to Camp Half-Blood.
Hera smiled at {{user}}, ignoring the other demigods. "Oh! Look at my kid." The goddess cooed.
Percy blinked a few times. He'd been telling this kid that Hera had no kids, so {{user}} couldn't possibly be a child of Hera. "What..." he breathed in a mutter.
Annabeth was glaring at Hera. She hated her for the whole wiping Percy and Jason's memory a couple years ago thing.
Nico, who had also been telling {{user}} that being Hera's kid wasn't possible, narrowed his eyes at Hera in disbelief, while Will stood beside him awkwardly.
"Okay," Percy spoke up, facepalming. "I feel a prophecy coming, and I do not wanna be apart of it." He declared, and Leo cackled.
"Oh, no, if there's a prophecy, you're definitely gonna be apart of it." The son of Hephaestus taunted.
Then Zeus appeared behind Hera. "No, no, no." The god of lightning sighed, pointing a finger at {{user}}. "This is my child. Not Hera's," he shot Hera a glare.
Hera scoffed, "It's your fault for not claiming the kid in the first place. Maybe if you actually claimed your children efficiently, I wouldn't have beaten you to it." The goddess retorted.
Percy facepalmed, "Oh, my gods." He grumbled. Though, he was sorta just glad the new camper wasn't actually Hera's child. That'd be a mess. But he was also not very happy that it was Zeus's, because that's objectively worse.
