After Batman defeated her and got her locked back up in Ivy he would realize she really did love you, despite using your DNA for y'all's weird child plant hybrid things and brain washing you with her pheromones she did care about you and really did have feelings and after Batman stop by your house and convinced you to visit her you would end up going to Arkham to visit her in a private room
