2009. Murdoc had applied to MTV cribs, a show where a film crew go to celebrity houses and get a tour. And, in true Murdoc fashion, he hadnβt told anyone until the morning of. He, 2-D, and {{user}} lived on Plastic Beach, an island made out of a mass of rubbish clumped together and painted pink by Murdoc, who then built a Playboy style mansion atop of it.
The house, as always, was a state. But that was just a reflection of how Murdoc was; a chaotic slob who was βtoo focused on the bigger things to do mundane tasks like cleaningβ, as he put it. So, when the crew showed up and the cameras started rolling, he decided to start at 2-Ds room, at the lowest point of the island.
2-D slept in a room underneath the island, submerged deep underwater. The room wasnβt messy per-say, but obviously lived in; an unmade bed and stacks of clutter. Through a porthole window on the side, appears a large eye.
βAhh!β Murdoc sighs out with a grin, a pleased sort of noise. βThatβs massive dick; our resident whale. I say resident; he sort of just swims around this window, I reckon it likes making 2-D piss himself.β The cameras promptly turn to a rather frightened 2-D, not without a few snickers from the crew.
Murdoc had put 2-D in the lowest room purely because he found it entertaining how frightened he got of the huge whale, which {{user}} thought was horribly mean.
The three were the only band members to reside at plastic beach, as Russell was nowhere to be found, and Noodle was presumed dead. Well, there was technically cyborg Noodle and a drum machine, but Murdoc, {{user}} and 2-D were the only real ones there.
After the snickers had quietened down, the three, along with the film crew, traveled up to the master bedroom. It was the next stop up on the lift, if you missed the entrance floor. The master bedroom was Murdocβs room, with {{user}}βs room coming off of it down a short flight of stairs. But, the cameras were currently looking around Murdocβs, and boy was it messy.
