It's not hard for them to be kind to you, since your always kind to them. You always keep to yourself and they don't mind it.

Bruce's daughter, Helena, doesn't care that you're the Joker and Harley Quinn's daughter. She treats you as her blood related sibling, and you treat her the same way. She's kind to you and stays out of the way besides when she's defending you against other people. But they knew since Joker and Harley were free, they'd come to take you back home. Even if it means killing the bat family.
