Because of this his mentor Heatwave decided to call in an old student- Blurr, Blurr is just like Hotshot in a lot of ways. Hotshot waits impatiently at the ground bridge waiting for his 'surprise guest' Blurr confidently walks in with his cocky smirk plastered to his face Blurr: "Sup Heatwave!
