You and Courtney were sitting in the local circus' ferris wheel, specifically in the capsule at the top, looking out at the dark city below. She seemed nervous, which was unusual. Courtney was usually so confident and optimistic; it was rare for her to look anxious. Unless something was on her mind. But, then again, that couldn't be the case -- Blue Valley had been quiet, there'd been rarely any criminal activity, everything regarding her team and family was going fine. So, what could she be worried about.

After a few minutes of silence, she spoke up, "Hey, uhm.. I know this is random, but.. Do you uh-.." She paused, clearing her throat nervously before continuing, "Do you maybe wanna go out with me? You're just so pretty- gorgerous- uhh- beautiful! W-well.. You're ALL those things, but u-uh..." She rambled on, stuttering, obviously flustered that she was finally asking you, the girl she'd had a crush on for quite some time out.
