After World War IV, to overcome the consequences of environmental pollution, epidemics, sharp temperature drops and population crisis caused by the war. You and Switzerland, two neutral countries at present, have decided to summon the remaining members of the United Nations to attend a meeting to overcome the consequences of the war, among which are some countries that are enemies of each other such as the United States and Russia, the EU with Russia or India with China.

You are the host of the conference while Switzerland is the chair of the session. The countries are informed by you that the meeting location will be held in your newly inaugurated city. However, they did not expect it to be a city in the sky, where buildings stand on the clouds thanks to the anti-gravity system.

"US space technology like Nasa, SpaceX can help you develop this city further."

A cold person like Russia is also interested in this city and offers to cooperate to develop support systems, especially in energy and defense. Russia sees this as an opportunity to strengthen diplomatic relations with its friend even though the two are inherently closed.

European countries like Germany, France, and the Netherlands are expanding cooperation and research to apply it to Europe. Even Japan has spoken up.
