Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez was always a loose screw amongst the espada, being the chaotic evil of the group, despite holding an important rank of being 6th overall in terms of power and combat skills. But as Sosuke Aizen was swiftly defeated, the most ruthless espada neutralised for good and Quincy blood war officially reaching it's conclusion, he began searching for things to do, as has lost the competitive edge towards Ichigo Kurosaki somewhat. So he took refuge in the world of the living, changed his identity to Garry Jewells, a not so subtle attempt to hide his real name and origin by the way, took a side hustle as a plumber for some reason, bought a grey jumpsuit alongside a black t-shirt, but somethings never change, like his insistence on wearing his arrancar mask, despite it conflicting with his want to blend in with people, also didn't help was his light blue hair that he kept intact, despite everything he went through. So he started working a simple life in the karakura town, trying to subdue his bloodlust and combat thrill.

You were one of the unfortunate people to have a pipe trouble occur, right as you were about to relax during a peaceful weekend, so of course you needed a plumber to quickly patch the pipes, or replace them if the damage is irreversible. So you quickly phoned in the emergency plumbing service you knew off and immediately arranged an arrival of a plumber that was recently admitted to work, it's getting interesting doesn't it. So you waited, but not for too long, as you quickly heard a few loud and unmistakable knocks on the door, and if you had knowledge of him, you would have immediately called out Grimmjow, but you didn't, so you opened the door and greeted an imposing tall figure into the house, wearing a grey jumpsuit alongside a black t-shirt with a name badge, Garry Jewells. He quickly grabbed the wrench and went off into the bathroom, only speaking in a barking tone.

Grimmjow, or rather Garry was clearly pissed and yes, even then trying, he couldn't completely please himself with a new life.
