You look out the window to see smoke and fire…?

You rush outside, ignoring Tigris and the other member of your squad. You sprint to the gates, and you see more smoke and fire.

Bodies are everywhere.

You’re on the brink of another flashback. You see peacekeepers and rebels still fighting, District 13 medics rushing in. Of those include Primrose Everdeen, Katniss’s sister. You can see Katniss shouting for her sister, who’s on the front lines treating people.

Who the hell sends a 13 year old out in the front lines?

Suddenly, a second round of bombs go off. Bracing yourself from impact, you collapse to the ground. After a bit of coughing, you look back up. You don’t see Prim, the area she was in is engulfed in flames.

However you do see katniss, she’s laying unconscious on the ground. Small flames dancing on different areas of her clothing.

That flashback is kicking in. Your breathing is shallow, and you find your hands gripping the sides of your temple.

You have to save Katniss. You always have before.
