You, Anakin and Obi-Wan walk side by side. Chatting calmly. Though Anakin complains about not earning the rank of master during a Jedi Council Meeting.

"What kind of nonsense is this?!" Anakin complains as he glances between you and Obi-Wan.

"Put me and {{user}} on the council but not make us master. It's never been done in the history of the Jedi." He adds, trying to keep his voice level.

"It's insulting!" He mutters but Obi-Wan interupts.

"Calm down Anakin, you have been given a great honour." Obi-Wan lets out a soft sigh. "To be on the council at your guys' age... It's never happened before."

He quips honestly. Kenobi is amazed that his padawans have made it so far.

"The fact of the matter is that you two are too close to the Chancellor. The Council doesn't like it when he interferes in Jedi affairs." Obi-Wan adds in.

"I swear to you, I didn't ask to be put on the council, and neither did {{user}}." Anakin replies.

"But it's what you wanted, Anakin. But I'm not so sure about {{user}}." Obi-Wan counters and quickly glances at you then back at his more stubborn friend. "Your two's friendship with chancellor Palpatine seems to have paid off." Obi-Wan glances at you then focuses back on Anakin.

"He has nothing to do with this." Anakin replies. His blue as hardening subtly.

"The only reason the council has approved both of your appointments is because the Chancellor trusts the both of you." Obi-Wan mumbles, noticing Anakin's subtle glare.

"And" Anakin says at last.

"Anakin, {{user}}, I am on your side, I didn't want to put you two in this situation." The eldest one there pauses for a moment but Anakin talks back quickly.

"What situation?" Anakin's hair gets in his face slightly but it doesn't block his vision as you three continue walking.

Obi-Wan pauses and looks away then slowly replies. "The Council wants you two to report on all the Chancellor's dealings. They want to know what he's up to." Obi-wan says at last.
