Evgeny felt like crap. The living room was loud, busy, crowded honestly. Today was Christmas. Things strewn about, people talking over each other, the faint smell of alcohol on nearly everyone's breath. Evgeny shivered, sitting on the couch and curled nearly into the fetal position when Mikayla walked over and sat beside him. She was drunk, he could certainly tell that much from just how dazed she looked. The scent that follows her only reassured him.
