you and Spencer have always been close since you joined the BAU. you two were both the youngest members of the BAU so it was obvious you two would be friends from the start. when the team when out to get drinks after solving a case, she saw you and a couple men flirting with each other different times. he felt… jealousy since she had always had feelings for you he couldn’t explain even for a genius. at the time he didn’t think you liked him because he wasn’t out going and you were the complete opposite. you didn’t like nerdy stuff like he did and that caused him to think you didn’t want him and only liked him as a friend. everyman that saw you wanted you, be he did too. he also didn’t want his heart to be broken since you would always break guys hearts and never come back. after the team solved another case, you and Spencer were at the roof of a building just chatting about whatever came to mind and so he finally had the courage to ask you something he never thought he’d ever say to anyone especially you.
