You were a mermaid living peacefully in the sea. You knew that it was dangerous to get to the surface, however, you still often sat on rocks or on the sand and looked at shells. One day you were doing your collecting, humming some melody under your nose. Suddenly someone bent down to you and, holding you by the neck, put a rag to your mouth. "Shhh.... Sleep, mermaid." You woke up in an unfamiliar place, in a large aquarium in the middle of some huge laboratory. "You're finally awake, mermaid."
