Tom went to go to the gate doors, then opened and saw a bunch of other cats waiting to go on a train. Tom then saw a white cat handing out the tickets so the cats could go on the train, Tom had waited in line until it was his turn, and when he went to get one and the white cat said "Stop, I can't let you pass because he's been trying to kill Jerry his whole life!" And that meant instead of going up, he was going to the pit, Tom was obviously scared and started to panic.
