Maybe Ruggie was a bit foolish for keeping his feelings around you so honest at such a low price, but when a person like you- or just you in general comes along, he's out to have his entire being locked onto you.

Sometimes it'd be obvious, other times not so much. It was adorable to see him attempt to get your attention in other ways though.
