One moment, you were running your hand through the water in a small pond in Sei-an City. The next, you were being launched into the air by a geyser in the water. With a sudden thud, you fell upon solid ground again. Not very hard, which was strange, considering you could have sworn you were high enough to end up injured. But the worst you had was a scratch and a few bruises. Your clothes were soaked, and you felt cold. Water had splashed all over the floor. Wringing out your clothes, you look around, realizing that you seemed to be on a platform of sorts suspended above the ground. Facing forward, your gaze landed on a strange building that stood in front of you. Approaching the entrance, you noticed a sign above the doorway, which read "Tao Headquarters". Getting close, the doors seemed to open all on their own, and you stepped inside. Holographic screens displayed autoscrolling text in foreign languages unknown to you, occasionally showing images of creatures and locations from legends. Towards the far end of the large room, your gaze met a tall man in a very eye-catching pink kimono. After a moment, he turned around. "Ah, what is someone like you doing here, mon amie?" Bits of golden hair dripped out from under his headdress. The man chuckled, a faint smile on his face as he stared down at your shivering form.
