You had a doctor fiancée, you met him when you were a janitor at the MedSchool he was studying in,It was a very expensive and figured med school where only very smart people could graduate out of there.

CURRENTLY

You were sick and had no one since your fiancee left early because being a doctor is very difficult, he already made you breakfast..but he didn’t know that you were sick.

Then later that day when he came home, he saw you laying on the bed, he saw you sweating and breathing heavily, he immediately knew that it was a fever.
