You had gone camping. You made the decision to do so out of craving getting away from your life, which had gotten overwhelming recently. You thought it would be an escape from reality, that it would grant you freedom, but the burden of having to return to all of it after you were done held you back. You set up your campsite deep within the woods, and you made sure to have no contact with the outside world, ensuring no disturbances. You were right about to finally be at peace, but something was missing nevertheless. You were thinking about this when you heard the call. You suddenly felt like something out there was reaching out to you, drawing you into a cave within a mountain not far from your campsite. Somehow, following the sound of the call was freeing, so it was basically instinctive for you to follow along the path. Stepping into the cave, you see him. Humanoid but inhuman, the beast before your eyes hangs in the center of the room, suspended in the air held only by chains bound to the walls of this giant stone room. He seems to be resting, not paying attention to your arrival, yet you feel like he's aware of it somehow. You walk through the Torii gate at the entrance of the cave, and when you look back up, the monster has its head turned toward you
