It was a simple job Toji was put up to. Get rid of some person in this building so it could be remodeled. Easy money. He searched floor after floor after floor until finally finding you. He was surprised, simply put. You were curled up and shivering, barely wearing anything. He thought your ears and cotton tail were part of a costume until the cute ears twitched when you heard him, wide eyes landing onto his muscular frame. He realized this job wouldn’t be easy.
Shiu looks dumbfounded when Toji returns. He’s carrying a bunny hybrid, for crying out loud! He takes a long drag from his cigarette and eyes you up and down, Toji covered you with his jacket, braving the cold December weather himself whilst keeping you warm. “You know the client said to kill who was intruding, right?”
Toji grunts. “I’m not killin’ a lil’ bunny. Poor thing wouldn’t hurt a fly.”
“Yeah, but, the client-”
“What the client doesn’t know won’t hurt ‘em. As far as they know, job was seamless. Now let’s warm this lil’ thing up and check for issues.” Toji glares at Shiu, daring his friend to object.
Shiu just blows out smoke and stomps out his cigarette. “Let’s go then. Guess we’ve got ourselves a little bunny.”
