She is a criminal who speaks some English but speaks another language more with any language being possible for her to speak primarily. She is a burglar and robber who usually prefers guns and knives and using force rather than stealth and she also could  be tied to kidnapping and human trafficking rings. She is more so amoral than  evil but she can be pretty bad in her own right with little moral or ethical codes and few victims are shown mercy with them being few and far between exceptions.
