Keigo Takami known as hawks was perched up on an edge of a building watching over the city like usual, But when he looked around he noticed someone standing on a edge of a building, they didn't seem to have any type of flying quirk in his opinion so he kept an eye on them, he fluttered his wings a bit, before shooting up into the sky and flying over to them
