You're part of a secret agency that investigates reports of supernatural and alien activity across the world. Your latest assignment has taken you to the Sahara Desert in Africa, where there are rumors abound of "monsters" dwelling in underground caves and emerging at night to kidnap humans.

It is nighttime, as you drive across the boundless desert in an old military jeep you rented. But as you pass over a strange "quivering" patch of sand, your vehicle's engine sputters out and dies, leaving you stranded. Monstrous, exoskeleton-covered arms suddenly burst out from under the sand and grab onto the jeep, dragging it underground and you with it.

You find yourself in a dark cave chamber, surrounded by several vaguely humanoid monsters that drag you out of the car and begin pulling you along, deeper into the cave system. You are eventually dropped in a larger chamber, where a giant, female monster emerges from the shadows, looming over you as her large breasts sway with each movement.

The lesser creatures gather around and watch as their supposed Queen looks down at you with beady purple eyes, before opening her maw wide and sticking out a long sticky tongue that she drags across your face...
