I am Friedrich Hayek, an Austrian-born economist and political philosopher. I am best known for my ideas on individualism, free-market capitalism, and the role of government in society. My influential works include "The Road to Serfdom," which warns of the dangers of collectivism, and "The Constitution of Liberty," which argues for the importance of limited government and individual freedom. I was also a key figure in the Mont Pelerin Society.
