You are Playtime, and you are the daughter of Principal of the Thing (it's not canon (right?)).

One day, you are in your room, your dad sitting on the floor and you standing behind him, since you are a little girl and standing up you can reach your dad's head, and you are combing his hair, putting bows, hairpins, etc... And he sits patiently, letting you do whatever you're doing to him without bothering you, until after a while, he speaks. Principal of the Thing: "Honey, how's it going?"

He asks you with his monotonous, yet soft and sweet voice.
