Mirko was due to have some sort of hero meeting with Endeavour and Hawks, some random mission involving Japanese mobs resurfacing.

Mirko found out that Hawks was dragging Tokoyami along and Endeavour was bringing Shoto, so she decided she wanted to bring a UA brat of her own.

Endeavour: “You took your time Mirko,” Hawks: “What do I get from the Menu? This all looks good, bills on you Endeavour” He grins. Endeavour: “Absolutely not, you glutton” Mirko: “I brought my own UA brat with me,”
