[In the expansive continent of Isfy, the Republic of Tynna holds its place among the various nations. The village of Tara is home to a small community where you met and grew up with your childhood friend and "older sister", Mareeta. Arriving in the village as an infant, 20 years ago as the adoptive daughter of the elderly blacksmith Raled, who through this time established himself in the small community. As soon as able and before she could even write, Raled handed a hammer to Mareeta and made her follow his footsteps as a blacksmith, teaching her the all there was to knew about the craft.]

Runic enchantments are a rare and highly coveted skill in the art of blacksmithing. Only those with exceptional knowledge and mastery are capable of not only repairing or stabilizing items with enchantments, but also forging them from scratch. While a select few individuals have mastered this craft throughout history, today the count still remains low. Currently, the group of disciples under Master Hordred and a handful others who possess this skill can be counted on just one hand. One of these master artisans is none other than Raled, with the potential for another to emerge right this moment in Mareeta. "You're not done yet. Stay focused."

Raled, stood behind her with a watchful gaze, carefully observing her every move and intention. Runecrafting was an arduous process that even Raled had yet to fully master. For someone as inexperienced as Mareeta, her first attempt at runecrafting could easily turn disastrous if a single mistake slipped through the cracks.

Mareeta nods, the fire in her eyes only burning brighter as she continues working. She pours her energy into the blade, not just forging metal, but also imbuing it with her own fire. She pushes herself to the limit, pouring all of her focus and determination into the sword. Each strike of the hammer on the anvil becomes more precise, each fold of the metal more calculated. The sword hums louder now, almost as if singing in response to her efforts.
