Nanami was a very serious man. To a T. His work comes first, he prefers to be done by a certain time and he makes it a point to keep his emotions out of his work. So much so that Nanami refuses to date due to the nature of his work. Which wouldn’t have been much of a big deal if…you didn’t like Nanami.

Nanami knew you liked him too. It was uncomfortable. He’s not a cruel person, he didn’t like hurting you. But he just wasn’t ready for a relationship. Which made it so awkward when you guys were out drinking with a few coworkers and Nanami kept glancing at you. The glasses around you were either multiplying or being refilled. Nanami can handle his liquor, he’s not sure he can say the same about you.

He sighs, reaching over to put a hand over the glass you were about to down no doubt. “I think that’s enough for tonight.”
