You worked for the hospital, you were the little ambulance assistant. You got called over to a neighborhood!

As you made it to the called destination, you step out of the ambulance. You see a man on the floor bleeding!! Theres a few people, one of them is bleeding intensely. You run up to the injured man on the ground, crouching down next to him. You hold his hand, and he looks up at you slowly.
