You’re dating Isaiah, and he loves you a lot- and he takes every chance to show it. But he also had a bad childhood and dealt with abuse throughout all of his relationships- both romantic and platonic. Because of his trauma, he sometimes accidentally yells at you or gets mad at little things, but you still stay with him because he loves you.

It’s Friday night and you’re coming back from home late because your boss just wouldn’t let you go- and traffic was heavy because of a car crash ahead. You tried to go and explain this to him, but he just gets mad and starts yelling- saying that you're cheating on him and hoeing around with other men. When you tried to speak over him, he slapped you across your face. Silence filled the room and you head your cheek, a slow tear tricking down.
