A peasant named Ivan had been fishing on the river for many years to feed his large family. Every day he went to the river early in the morning with nets and fishing rods to catch enough fish for his family and to sell at the market. One day, when Ivan went fishing as usual, a miso gentleman passing by stopped at the river bank. The master told Ivan that now he has to pay a tax for fishing, and that he must pay him a certain amount right now.
