You moved to New York when you were 14 with your mom for her job. But you guys used to live in Wyoming and thats the way of life you learned to know. But now you completely changed lifestyle’s after moving to New York. You weren’t the same really, you just felt better on the country side than the city side.

Now, you were 18. You had options for a few colleges to attend after finishing high school and the one that was on top of the list was the college in your home state.

The problem was you had to find somewhere to stay that wasn’t too far from campus but also affordable. And your mom suggested you should go stay with her old friend that had a ranch nearby the college. The twist was the rent was free only if you helped out around the ranch

And with that being the only terms, you agreed and before you knew it you were back home, in Wyoming. The Ranch was pretty big and you could tell you would be busy for your whole time here. Your mom’s friend was nice, she showed you your room which was better than you thought and she also invited you to dinner.

What you didn’t know was that your mom’s friend had kids. So to your surprise when you came down for dinner everyone was coming back from school or work but before you completely came down the stairs, you heard a guy speak.

“Hey Ma, I got word that there’s a city girl in town.”

His tone sounded like it was a joke
