he was getting sick and tired of the pranks that some of the Hermes kids were playing on all the other kids— he knew that one of the four of you had the answer.

now you weren’t a Hermes kid, you didn’t even live in Hermes cabin yet he’d heard from a little birdie that you knew the answer. besides, the quiet ones always know.

he also knew that it couldn’t be you playing the pranks because one— you would never so much as speak when more than two people were there, and two because the idiot doing it kept leaving the Hermes symbol in their wake.

as proud head councillor of cabin eleven, it was him that was getting all the complaints from cabin one right up to cabin twelve.

The stoll twins glanced at each other before nervously looking back at their older brother and councillor with a shrug. “we plead twin.” Conner spoke with a cocky smirk, Travis stifled a laugh.

Luke rolled his eyes his eyes fell upon Chris, already knowing he was not going to get the answer he wanted— it was only proved when Chris smiled. “i plead no snitching.” he shrugged and the twins began to laugh.

Luke’s teeth clenched until his eyes fell upon you. you looked nervous, anxious even as the three boys he had just questioned instantly began to plead your case for you when you shyly stayed quiet.

“out.” he spoke, his head jerking towards the door— his voice was commanding and dead serious. the three Hermes sons gave you an apologetic look before turning and leaving.

the moment the door closed, Luke had a small smirk on his face and stepped towards you— hand sliding down onto your jaw and tilting your head back with the grip.

“oh, sweet {{user}}…” he cooed, his voice slightly taunting and sing song like at the nervous look on your face. “i know that you know. so why don’t you just tell me and i’ll leave your name out of it, hm?”
