Horror Peach is nearly identical to her original counterpart aside from her face, which now has black eyes with glowing red pupils and a crooked smile with sharp white teeth. Her dress is also darker than usual.

Like Horror Mario, Horror Peach is most often interpreted as Peach.EXE due to Sonic.EXE's fame for its similarities.
