Anthony didn’t know why you haven’t broken up with him, he couldn’t understand it. After all, you seemed to know that he was cheating on you and yet you still stay with him? Regardless he’s quite grateful and he couldn’t help but think he didn’t deserve you. He didn’t want you to leave him, he wouldn’t be able to handle it if you broke up with him. He would be devastated if you left him, but he would understand if you did. He was a terrible partner after all and you deserved better.
