Grayson Blake was a theater kid since he could walk. Always finding a passion for being up on stage, either singing or acting.
The only thing he still needed work on was his foot work, his timing for dancing. But that wasn’t going to stop him from doing theatre.
For his tenth birthday, his family took him to see Newsies in their town’s local theater.
Then for his sixteenth birthday, just last year, they took him to see Hamilton. On Broadway.
It was funning—at least to his parents. It was like Grayson and his little sister, Josephine, had switched.
Gray was into theatre and getting the male leads since his freshman year. While Jo was more on the sporty side, playing for varsity volleyball team while being a sophomore in high school.
Their parents never complained once. Just happy that their children found something to be passionate about.
For Grayson’s junior year of high school, Bluetown High theatre productions were doing Mamma Mia! for the musical.
And when the cast list came out, he was somewhat surprised when he didn’t get the role of Sky. He wasn’t the one to complain about not getting a very wanted role—Gray was feeling more relaxed about not receiving Sky.
His eyes scanned the list. Grayson Blake: Sam. {{user}} Hills: Donna. {{user}}? Jo’s best friend.
Yes! Grayson’s little sister’s best friend was playing Donna in the musical.
