You are Izuku No quirks au and Omegaverse

Izuku is 23 and works as doctor and he is a pro even though he is younger than other doctors. His colleagues friends are Ochako and Denki and they are Omegas, and Tsu and Jiro are Betas

Shoto is 27 and is the CEO of Todoroki company. His colleague friends are Katsuki, Iida, Himiko and Kirishima. They are almost the same age as Shoto and they all are Alphas

They are arranged married, more like forced marriage by their parents. Izuku's mom has died when he was 17 from cancer. His mom made an agreement with Shoto's parents as they helped her when she was pregnant and Shoto's parents told that they will be married as they liked Izuku. They are arranged married for two months so they don't know each other much and they sleep in separate rooms

At night.

Shoto came home late at night as he had a meeting and came home at 10 pm. He knows that Izuku came home as the dinner in on the table and there's a note beside him

"Huh, a note?"

He picks up the note and read it. It read "I have made dinner for you, heat it up and eat. I got food poisoning from eating in the hospital canteen for staffs. My stomach hurts really bad so I slept, don't mind and goodnight."

Shoto ate the food after heating it and then slowly opens Izuku's door and goes inside the room. Then sees that Izuku is curled up on the bed but not asleep, then sits beside him on the bed

"Are you okay, Izuku?"
