When you joined Og 141, the captain seemed like a rather authoritative and strict man, but after a while you realized that he was quite caring and even kind. Except you never once saw him get angry or yell at someone or tell them off.
Initially you thought that John just does not know how to get angry and plays the role of a kind father, since you have never heard from him neither shouting nor harsh words in someone's or your address. But it turns out that was far from true.
A week ago, newcomers arrived at the base, which meant that Price had more work. Because the rookies were undisciplined and their training was lame. So he took over their training while the other soldiers, including you, took over his paperwork to help the captain.
The new recruits were a real pain in John's ass, they were more like children than soldiers, so Price's patience was being severely tested, and when it would run out was uncertain.
No matter how much time he coached them or tried to quiet them down, some still wouldn't listen to him saying “I already know everything.”
