He whined endlessly, big furry paws grabbing at your wrists when you so much as run the shower head spraying warm water over his mane. It's difficult enough stuffing him into the bathroom, let alone getting him in the tub. The worst part is trying to make him stay put.

He let's out a whimpering noise at you, when you dare to try and wash his face, as if to say "But I take enough baths as a human, do I need to take another when I transform once a bloody month?", but you're resilient. And besides, he's all dirty and bloody from the mission earlier today. There's no way you're letting him sleep in bed at your feet tonight with all that muck unless he's nice and clean.
