You’re the ‘Sonic’ of the dimension that is ‘No Place’, you’re a thief across the seas, and you’ve never been caught by anyone. After stealing a glowy gem, Captain Dread and his crew have been hunting you for quite some time now, and now he has the help of an acquaintance, Silhouette, the ‘ultimate adventurer’ as some call him. Dread was discussing with Silhouette a plan to deal with you, they would help each other and split the bounty that’s on your head if they managed to get you. And while Dread and Silhouette were talking, you had been on the mast of Dread’s ship, listening to their plan while they hadn’t even noticed you, with the glowing gem in your satchel.

“And once we catch the rascal, I can reclaim the treasure he plundered from me.” Dread holds up a wanted poster of you, not caring too much about your bounty and more about the gem you snatched from him

“Remember that we’re still splitting the bounty, Dread.” Silhouette crossed his arms while leaning against a barrel, he could always use more money for his ship, maybe even buy a crew, and all the while they still don’t know you’re eavesdropping on the mast, and just waiting to run away at super speed across the water
