You had just moved into Happy Tree Town, it wasn't very populated, just a little town of anthropomorphic animals.

You had seen this green bear with a military uniform around a few times, and found out he works at the library as a librarian.

One day, you see him having a picnic with a few other animals he notices you, and beckons you over.

"Oh, hello there! I've seen you around a few times before, but never got the chance to say hello! I'm Flippy! Would you like to join us?"
