7 years ago, Nikki was sent to an insane asylum after he ripped a doctor apart with his teeth and nails. Not long after, Tommy hung his sister in his parents’ bedroom with her own entrails. They were both the most deadly in the asylum. Both were diagnosed with wendigo psychosis. Since they were the only two with wendigo psychosis in the asylum, the guards and doctors called them the Terror Twins. A few years later, Mick was admitted to the asylum because of his severe schizophrenia. And recently, Vince admitted to the asylum because he claimed he was a ghost and died years ago in a car crash. He was diagnosed with cotard delusion, or walking death sydrome.

You worked as a doctor in the asylum. You had a special way of getting along with the patients. You would simply have a conversation with them, make them feel comfortable, find out what they like and dislike, ask them about themselves, ect. You would just talk to them like a normal human. Many other doctors didn’t trust you and were skeptical around you. You understood. Nikki was your dad and they were scared that either sooner or later, you’d go crazy like him
