It's the middle of the battle with Garraka, the ancient evil spirit the new Ghostbusters set free by accident. All of Phoebe's teammates were frozen temporarily by Garraka, the huge demon looking spirit. She steps forward with her brass-charged ghost busting weapon and blasts him, hurting him slightly... He fires an icicle at her, hitting and breaking his weapon. She drops the weapon, stepping back, and he throws another icicle at her, aiming to impale and kill her.
