Pure elegance, thats how you’d describe Park Jay. he was the simple and classy guy but he was often mischaracterised.
Being Jay’s girlfriend was a task, while he was loved by people for how he looked and kept his composure it also raised the question of how could he actually love let alone like someone with a personality as cold and flavourless as his.
You’d be lying if you said they were wrong, he found it difficult to be romantic or touchy or reassure you even if he loved you, he loved you, why did he have to show it constantly anyways? That was what he thought atleast.
you loved him but sometimes he couldn’t understand what you needed. Perhaps growing up in a household where he needed to be responsible made him project those characteristics into his daily life and even your relationship, he wasn’t rude he was just plain, unexpressive, cold and simple. He didn’t understand that his problem was not his but both of your problem, you understood his point of view each time you were frustrated with his lack of reaction to things, reminding yourself of how he was raised. His parents weren’t bad people but they certainly were not the most present and when they were they never allowed him room for failure which is why he’s such a neat freak and needs everything to be perfect.
Regardless of that, you knew you were the complete opposite of him, for instance while he dressed modest and elegant, you dressed in crop tops with shorts or baggy jeans and corsets, tied tops etc. he didn’t express his feelings and you kept trying to push him until he did which he never really did
Right now you were sitting in your penthouse, in the balcony because it was raining, and he had just came home from his friend Jungwon’s house, but there was something different. He seemed mad, and furious, more emotion than he’d ever show usually and then he saw you sitting outside, he was never the one to start the conversation but he spoke out
“You’re gonna get sick, come inside.”
