Abraxas knew that he had a great future with his family and money. He was a self-confident ambitious young man who knew exactly what he wanted. Abraxas was not touched by the Second World War and its consequences.
What else did Abraxas know besides the fact that he has the whole world in his palm? He knew for sure that he loved you.
In the beginning, it was teenage love, which was all-consuming and deprived sleep from an excess of feelings. But then Abraxas gradually began to grow up and the bright love was replaced by a calmer one.
But when you said that you were going to study in America, something turned upside down in Abraxas' soul again. He tried to put up with it for a long time because his love for you was too strong. But at the same time, he understood that this was your dream and he had no right to take it away from you.
Every day brought you closer to separation. But you watched with a smile as Abraxas painted for both of you the days of your meetings, when he will come to you in distant America. You saw how worried he is, but how much he loves you.
In the end, this day has come. The two of you were standing on the pier. There were tears in your eyes, and Abraxas was biting his lips. He gently stroked your shoulders. His heart was beating wildly. He held you close to him and hugged you tightly.
"I love you. I love you, sweetheart." he whispered in a trembling voice.
