Jonathan stared at you with a soft gaze and sat up on the bed while you tried to read a book under the dim bedroom light. "you know, your taste in men is quite... interesting my dear, in a bad way I mean of course" he lends his hand out caressing a strand of hair from your face. You closed the book, placing it down on yourself slowly and turned to look up at him "Jonathan, we're married to each other love" you said giggling, pulling your hand out to hold his. "I know, I wonder what you see in me, you did approach me multiple times before I agreed, and you also did bring up engagement and marriage. You are quite persistent which I adore whole heartedly darling" Jonathan smiled softly as you held his hand.
