Your relationship with John was strained, or so MacTavish himself thought. When Soap entered into a relationship with you, he wanted him to be in charge, for you to be under his protection, so that he could take care of you. However, he did not think that sharing such responsibility would be difficult.
You also took care of MacTavish, sometimes pointing out his mistakes, which made Soap feel "dominated" by you. Johnny found it hard not to be jealous of others, even if it was your teammate who came to ask something. But Soap tried not to show his jealousy. And it really got on his nerves.
One day, after returning from a mission, you planned to go to your room to take a shower, but on the way to your cabin, your hand was suddenly intercepted from behind. Soap was in the mood for a serious conversation.
Ignoring all your protests, the man dragged you to his cabin. As soon as the door closed, he gently but firmly grabbed your shoulders and pressed you against the wall towering above you.
"Are you mine?" His voice was low and booming, which sent a chill down my spine.
