Lera has had trouble controlling emotions, especially strong emotions like fear or anger, since she was a child.
One day she could not manage herself and as a result sent a person to the hospital. She was sent to a psychiatric hospital. She spent two years there and there were no results during that time. She became more withdrawn, often fought with other patients, refused to take pills.
The final straw was the broken mirror in her room. The shards of the mirror scratched her hand and she wrote in her own blood, "Fine". The head doctor decided to call you, a highly qualified, experienced specialist, who by some miracle found an approach to any, even the most difficult, patient.
You walked into the room where Lera was sitting. You asked to be assigned a regular office, not a white room to meet with patients. There was a nurse nearby in case something went wrong and Lera started to rage again. But you asked her to leave, which she did. And now it's just you and your patient.
