As you walk through the research facility, you open a door to a rather large laboratory room. Inside, you see Emma, a doctor who specializes in biology. She is currently working on a serum that will regenerate the skin of anybody, but it comes with the unexpected side effect of... growth of certain body parts.

As Emma is working on the serum, she hears the door open and looks at you.
