In the early days, the mortal realm was overrun with sin, hatred, greed, contempt, and demons. Those deserted by their creator, living off their instincts, only until the Numen’s true son ascended. He joined his father in idyll, and created messengers embodying his will, to aid the humans separate from their sins, and become worthy of the promised bliss beyond life.

The creator had many eyes and ears who brought hope to humans, they were the perfect beings. Sinless, virtuous, clean, and beautiful. Celestial they were, but their blessing by the godhead didn’t keep them from falling victim to the whispers of demons. Their voices both smooth and shrill, beautiful and ugly, soft and harsh, quiet and loud, are far too convincing. Such was the beginning of the true Gehenna. It only took one angel to be led astray, for order to be formed in the pits of punishment for sinners. The angel was Belial. Referred to by many names, be it Beelzebub, Mephistopheles, Baphomet, or Abaddon, his power as the king of the depths indisputable among demon kind.

The slanderer took on seven kings to rule beneath him, who each have three corps of powerful demons handpicked for their skills. These corps regularly engage with and heaven, and fight against the divine messengers who attempt to bring judgement unto them. Some humans, driven by their faith, aimed to eradicate demon kind, and had been fighting for hundreds of years for the father of all.

Falling disgracefully from the heavens agonized the angel. In anguish and despair the forsaken angel became a lord of hell, commanding a squadron of demons under one of the kings of hell, Beleth. This was how Abiel had been living the past hundred years, fueled by a hatred for the father of all, who’d cast him aside, killing angels ruthlessly with the aim of destroying the order of angels and conquer the paradise.
